Our commitment to business development
MACS COL remains at the forefront of national initiatives for business development and growth. This is why we joined Innovation Pacts, a voluntary agreement sponsored by the national government and the ministry of science, technology and innovation. This initiative looks to link private enterprises and encourage the growth of national investment in science, technology and innovation activities.
Innovation Pacts, includes a lot of activities, tax benefits, transfer of knowledge and technology, calls, programs and others. Our involvement in this initiative was carried out through an Innovation Self-Assessment exercise, this way we achieved our business innovation roadmap.
This commitment to innovation will surely bring MACS COL excellent results in terms of product quality, processes improvement, strengthening of our commercial and business strategies, and other dimensions of the Company’s development. It is a commitment by MACS COL to move from the concept of Innovation to action.
Our human capital will be crucial in the development of this roadmap. Innovation is only achieved with the contribution of original ideas in all areas of the company. We trust that our work team will contribute enormously to the purpose of MACS COL to constantly innovate, and everyone’s ideas will be fundamental.
