Our fruits are carefully selected before their efficient individual quick freezing process by its acronym in English IQF (Individual Quick Freezing)
This method brings benefits to the consumer since it is guaranteed that once the fruit is thawed, it maintains all its organoleptic properties of a freshly harvested fruit, its flavor, texture, and properties are intact.
This individual quick freezing process, IQF, produces small ice crystals inside the cells of each fruit, preventing the cell wall of each fruit from breaking, by keeping them intact, by defrosting our products, we avoid the spillage of cellular fluids, for it so properties of fruits; and in this way the pieces remain individualized and do not adhere to each other, thus managing to thaw only the necessary amount for consumption.
Our presentations range from 125 grs. up to 3 kilos in individual packaging.
